About the Track Designer

A planner for Carrera Digital 132 and Carrera Evolution slot car tracks. Design a layout piece by piece, or let an AI assistant design it for you over MCP. Check that it closes, fits your table and clears its own crossings, see it in 3D with hills and fly-overs, and get the list of parts to buy.

Design the track.
Then build it for real.

Lay out a slot car circuit with real Carrera parts, add hills, fly-overs and a pit lane, spin it round in 3D, and walk away with the exact list of parts to buy.

Built for the real thing

Everything between the idea and the box of track.

Real Carrera parts

Every piece is a real part with its Carrera number, measured to the millimetre. The parts list counts shoulders and end pieces too, and tells you how many packs to buy.

Hills, fly-overs, 3D

Raise any section and the ramps are built for you. See it in 3D, check the height profile, and cross over your own track on a fly-over.

It checks your work

Does the loop close? Does it fit the table? Is that climb too steep, or is the track about to run into itself? You'll know before you buy a thing.

Or ask an AI

Connect Claude and describe the track you want. It designs, checks and fixes the layout with the same 21 tools you'd use yourself.

Three steps

From blank table to race night.

  1. 1

    Lay the track

Start blank or from a ready-made oval, then add straights, curves, lane changers and a pit lane in driving order, until the loop closes.

  2. 2

    Shape it

Click any piece to raise it, add a fly-over, choose its borders. Watch the plan, the 3D model and the height profile update as you go.

  3. 3

    Build it

Take the parts list, with every Carrera number and how many packs, to the shop. Share the layout with a friend by email.

Describe it. Watch it appear.

The designer speaks MCP, so an AI assistant like Claude can build layouts for you: it places the pieces, checks the loop closes, fixes crossings, and hands you the link and the parts list.

Example

Design me a Digital 132 figure-8 for a 3m × 2m table, going over a fly-over, with a lane changer on the back straight.
I've built it with the track crossing itself on the fly-over, so the lower section passes underneath with room to spare. The loop closes and it fits your table, with a lane changer on the back straight. View layoutParts list
